Join Cirque du Soleil artist Ochir for two focused workshops in Central Paris:

Handstand Workshop (3 sessions): technique, control, and alignment for intermediate and advanced practitioners
Contortion Workshop (2 sessions): strength, depth, and line refinement, guided by Ochir’s world-class experience

Each workshop is taught in a small group setting to ensure personal attention and quality feedback.
You may book one or both workshops.

A focused workshop on alignment, control, and technique refinement. Ideal for those confidently holding a two-arm handstand and working toward one-arm variations.

Explore backbending, flexibility, and strength. Whether you're just starting or looking to deepen your contortion practice, Ochir will guide you safely and progressively.
