The Handstand Academy
How the Online Handstand Academy Works
The Online Handstand Academy is a membership-based training program designed to guide students through a clear progression—from beginner foundations to one-arm handstands and beyond. Progression is level-based, but time spent at each level varies depending on the student’s consistency, ability, and commitment.
Level Placement
Once a student purchases their membership, the coaching team will get in touch to schedule a live entry exam. This exam determines the student's starting level. Only after passing the entry test will access to training content be granted.
Each level includes 5 to 8 structured training sessions, designed to be repeated and refined over time. All materials are hosted on our members area, where the Academy’s private training space is organized by level.
Two Types of Membership
1. With Coaching & Feedback
– Students send 7 videos (from assigned drills) every two weeks via Whatsapp
– Coaches provide feedback in a clear and personalized PDF format by email
– When the coaches feel the student is ready, they will be invited to attempt the graduation exam for their level
– Exams are conducted live online
2. Without Feedback
– Students train independently using the same materials
– After 3 months, they are invited to attempt their first graduation exam
– If they do not pass, the coaches will set a timeline for retaking the exam (typically 1–2 months, depending on the observed gaps)
Progression
The Academy is designed to build long-term, deep mastery. Students are encouraged to repeat sessions, track progress, and focus on quality. Coaches assess not just physical ability, but control, consistency, and readiness for the next stage.
All communication and video submissions happen on WhatsApp, while the training is accessed via our members area.
