London Workshops 2025

Join Cirque du Soleil artist Ochir for two focused workshops in the iconic Church of the London School of Handbalancing.

Handstand Workshop (3 sessions): technique, control, and alignment for intermediate and advanced practitioners
Contortion Workshop (2 sessions): strength, depth, and line refinement, guided by Ochir’s world-class experience

Each workshop is taught in a small group setting to ensure personal attention and quality feedback.
You may book one or both workshops.

A focused workshop on alignment, control, and technique refinement. Ideal for those confidently holding a two-arm handstand and working toward one-arm variations.
